CONCEPT
TED, Technology, Entertainment, and Design, is notoriously known for its keynote TED Talk conversations and speakers. The goal of these talks is to share “Ideas Worth Spreading.” Every year, the TED Prize is awarded to a leader who has a spark for global change. In this brochure, Sylvia Earle is highlighted for her “Mission Blue” movement, which would provide Hope Spots, in the ocean, large enough to save and restore the blue heart of the planet. A brochure was created to exemplify Earle’s “One Wish” with powerful images and a clean layout to make reading fluid. Baskerville and Avenir are harmoniously paired together and organized into five column grid. In result the images are larger than life, making them splash off the page, and the typographic styles immediately immerse the reader into the writing.
